GB/T15496 Enterprise Standardization Management System

The certification of enterprise standardization management system is based on the national standard GB/T 15496-2017 "Enterprise Standard System Requirements" of the People's Republic of China. The enterprise standard system consists of three systems: product realization standard system, basic guarantee standard system, and job standard system. Enterprises can also design their own standard system architecture based on their actual situation. The self-designed structure should meet the requirements of enterprise production, operation, management, etc., and cover the elements of each subsystem in GB/T 15496, GB/T15497, and GB/T15498.
The product implementation standard system should be constructed in accordance with the requirements of GB/T15497, generally including subsystems such as product standards, design and development standards, production/service provision standards, marketing standards, after-sales/post delivery standards, etc.
The basic guarantee standard system is constructed in accordance with the requirements of GB/T15498, generally including planning and corporate culture standards, standardization work standards, human resources standards, financial and audit standards, equipment and facility standards, quality management standards, safety and occupational health standards, environmental protection and energy management standards, legal and contract management standards, knowledge management and information standards, administrative affairs and comprehensive standards, and other subsystems.
The job standard system generally includes three subsystems: decision-making level standards, management level standards, and operator standards.
By analyzing the needs and expectations of relevant parties and the current status of enterprise standardization, enterprises form a plan for building an enterprise standard system, standardization policies, and goals, identify the requirements of applicable laws, regulations, and guiding standards, and construct an enterprise standard system. ISO management system certification, such as ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational safety and health management system certification, is also part of the enterprise standardization management system.
